Order Fulfillment
Retail orders are normally processed within 3-5 business days; orders placed on a weekend will be processed on Monday. You will receive a notification, with tracking details, once your order has been shipped. All orders are sent from Yunnan China.

For pre-ordered or back-ordered items
If your order contains a pre-ordered or back-ordered item, we will ship any items we have available immediately and ship the items that are pre-ordered or back-ordered immediately when we have them available. So if you ordered more than one item on a single order and receive only a part of your item don’t worry, you will receive your other items shortly after.
Tracking your order
You will receive a confirmation email and/or text message, if you provided a mobile phone number, containing a tracking ID and a link to follow the journey of your package. To track your package you can visit our Tracking Page.

Wrong address disclaimer
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately at support@chiccha-tea.com if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.
Lost Orders
We will consider an item as lost within 45 days of notification by the customer. This can be the result of events which are beyond our control, such as an error along the delivery chain or at the customs service in your country. Should this occur, please accept our apologies.
When contacting us, please indicate your order number and if you would prefer a full refund (including shipping) or a re-shipment of your original order. Should the original “lost” order appear after a replacement or refund has been made, please contact us so we can make arrangements for return postage.
We will charge a 10% fee (based on the purchase price only) plus any charges incurred by us for items that are delivered on time but returned to us as a result of:
Refusal of the order by the customer,
Unable to be delivered,
Not collected by the customer at their local postal station or assigned pick-up location.
